Paysage Return Policy
In Store Items
- Items must be returned in perfect condition and unused.
- Monies from you return is redeemable for a Store Credit only.
- All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- No returns on Seasonal Items.
- No returns after 10 days.
Special Order Items
- A 20% Cancellation Fee applies to all Special Order Items if the order is cancelled within 48 hours of placement of the order and the order has not yet shipped from our warehouse/distributor.
- If the item has already shipped, there is no cancellation fee for the item(s).
Store Credit Expiration
Your store credit will expire in 1 year (365 days) from the date of issue.
