Current Shipping Information
We currently offer 2 ways for you to receive your order. You may pick up your item(s) at one of our stores or we can ship it to you via UPS.
- Shipping Methods & Rates
Paysage Home Boutiques uses UPS to ship to our clients. Shipping rates are calculated after the sale, based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. During checkout, you will be able to select your preferred shipping method. For large furniture or oversized items, special delivery arrangements and additional charges may apply. - Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Custom or special-order items may require additional processing time; estimated delivery windows for these items will be provided at the time of purchase. - Shipping Areas
We currently ship within the continental United States. - Delivery Estimates and Payment
If you choosed to have your item shipped, we will contact you to process the payment. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Standard delivery times range from 3-7 business days, depending on your location and distance from NC. - Order Tracking
You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. If you have any questions about your shipment, our team is here to help. - In-Store Pickup
For your convenience, we also offer complimentary in-store pickup at both our Wilmington and Chapel Hill locations. Simply select “In-Store Pickup” at checkout, and you will be notified by email when your order is ready for collection. - Damaged or Lost Items
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 3 business days of receipt. We will work quickly to resolve any issues and ensure your satisfaction. - Questions?

We’d love to help you solve your design challenges! Consultations in your home or business, includes collaboration during our visit with you and thoughtful concept development back at our studio. Our no-obligation recommendations will inspire your journey to create the perfect space.
Hourly Design Services
Every interior can benefit from the advice of a professional designer. Allow us to guide you through the selection of key elements in your space, like finding paint color, choosing flooring and tile, or arranging pieces in the room. No request is too small for our hourly design service; all you have to do is ask.
House Calls
This service works as the perfect complement to our complete design services. A house call will help your Paysage designer to learn the scope of your project. We will discuss your lifestyle and design priorities while becoming familiar with your space. Establishing a budget is essential before determining the next steps in the process. This is a $350 session.
Online Shopping
Monthly, we offer a new offering of products that are featured here on our website. This includes Products of the Month, Luxe for Your Home, Scent of the Month, Book of the Month, and Artist of the Month. If still in stock, these items are available, you can choose to have them shipped or you can pick them up in either Wilmington or Chapel Hill.
